Plan A Premium – $2395 – Incorporation + 501c3

Plan B Premium – $2195 – (already incorporated) – 501c3 only

Plan EZ – $1295 – For organizations under $50,000 annual income first three years – under federal penalties of perjury

Plan EZC Corporation documents ONLY $895

Plan S Self Service – $1295 – 501c3 for small organizations (under $10,000 annual income)

Plus State and Federal filing fees and plus any of optional or required Extras (see on left).

2-Pay Installment Plan (add $50)

(Only if total fee amount is at least $945)

1. Pay one-half

We prepare and send you our Corporation Questionnaire. You fill it out and call with any questions on any issues you have, such as directors and officers, compensation, etc.

You e-mail us the completed questionnaire, and we prepare and send you your Corporation Documents with precise instructions for mailing (even if you are on Plan B, we send you at least one corporate document).

2. Pay second half

We prepare and send you our 501c3 Questionnaire(s). You fill them out and call with any questions on any issues you have such as projected financials, how to structure your nonprofit for success with the IRS, etc.

You e-mail us the completed questionnaires, and we prepare and send you your 501c3 documentation with precise instructions for mailing.

 

Make your 2nd payment any time within 60 days (2 months). You may have additional time at $100 per month.

4-Pay Installment Plan (Add $100)

(Only if total fee amount is at least $2045)

1. Pay 1/4

We prepare and send you our Corporation Questionnaire. You fill it out and call with any questions on any issues you have such as directors and officers, compensation, etc. You e-mail us the completed questionnaire

2. Pay second 1/4 whenever you want to proceed

We prepare and send your Corporation Documents to you with precise instructions for mailing (even if you are on Plan B, we send you at least one corporate document).

3. Pay third 1/4 whenever you want to proceed

We prepare and send you our 501c3 Questionnaire(s). You fill them out and call with any questions on any issues you have such as projected financials, how to structure your nonprofit for success with the IRS, etc. You e-mail us the completed questionnaires.

4. Pay balance (no later than 120 days from first payment)

We prepare and send you your 501c3 documentation with precise instructions for mailing.

 

Speed up or slow down your payments. Make your 4 payments within 120 days (4 months). You may have additional time at $100 per month.

 

2-Pay Installment Plan for EZ (add $50)

(Only if total fee amount is at least $945)

1. Pay one-half

We prepare and send you our Corporation Questionnaire. You fill it out and call with any questions on any issues you have, such as directors and officers, compensation, etc., and with Plan EZ, any questions about the 1023-EZ form.

2. Pay second half

We prepare and e-mail your Corporate Documents to you with precise instructions. For Plan EZ, we also email your Form 1023-EZ form to you. All you need to do is copy and paste or type the answers right onto the IRS online form.

 

Make your 2nd payment any time within 60 days (2 months). You may have additional time at $100 per month.

  • Cashiers Check or Money Order (we’ll have FedEx pick it up from you if making full payment)
    • Instructions appear at time of signup.
  • Wire Transfer
    • Instructions appear at time of signup.
    • Any payment from abroad or client from abroad is only by wire transfer.

You should be able to complete your questionnaires in one day. But you have up to two months to send us your completed questionnaires. If you wish, you may extend this period for each questionnaire by paying $100 per month.
