The 7 Steps to Success:
1. Sign up and we e-mail you our Welcome Packet.
Sign up online. Pay by credit/debit card at our secure payment page (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, Discover). Or pay by PayPal, bank wire, cashier’s check, or money order. Or use PayPal Credit. (International clients, wire transfer only). Then the process begins. We e-mail you our Welcome Packet with our Corporation Questionnaire, full of helpful tips, pointers, and podcasts. Read our orientation material carefully.
2. You fill out the Corporation Questionnaire.
Just give us a call if you have any questions on our questions – no extra cost, of course. Type your answers right on our MS Word document and attach it to a return e-mail. Reading the orientation material and filling out the Corporation Questionnaire shouldn’t take more than an hour and a half.
3. We create and e-mail you all your Corporate Documents.
We prepare your corporate documents and e-mail them to you in PDF format (within 5 days or less)*. Along with your documents, we send you clear, concise instructions for mailing your Articles of Incorporation to your Secretary of State.
4. You fill out the 501c3 Questionnaire(s) and Financials and e-mail them back.
After you have completed the Corporation Questionnaire, (and after second payment for 2-Pay Installment Payment Plan and after third payment for 4-Pay Installment Payment Plan), we e-mail you our 501c3 Questionnaire (and church, school, or other questionnaires you may need) and Financials. We can offer help with the IRS questions should you need it and sample answers for activities, financial projections and itemized lists. Just give us a call with any questions you may have. Again, type your answers right on our MS Word document and attach it to a return e-mail. Through the questionnaires and our participation, we structure your application for success with the IRS.
In most cases, it shouldn’t take you more than a couple of hours. (Complex cases could take you longer.)
5. You sign your 501c3 application and pay the $600 User Fee.
We go to the IRS website (within 5 days or less)* entering all the documentation you have provided us on the IRS website. We give you precise instructions on how to go to the IRS website, sign the application we have prepared for you, and pay the IRS User Fee of $600. (Economy-EZ plan–we give you everything you need to go online and file with the IRS.)
6. We stay in touch with you until you have that “golden” IRS letter in your hand.
If you receive questions from the IRS (it doesn’t happen very often) requesting more information, we’re here to help you understand those questions.

7. Even after you get your IRS Letter, we’re still here for you!
After you receive your IRS Determination Letter granting you 501c3 tax-exempt status, you forward a copy to us, and we email you “Your Road Ahead” with lots of good information you will need in the time ahead.
