Occasionally our clients need Rush Services.
Normally, we guarantee a 5-business day turnaround for all our work, including processing your questionnaires, reviewing your financials, producing your corporate documents and going to the IRS website and preparing your 501c3 application for you. Sometimes, what you send us is deficient in some way and you have to re-send it to us. In such a case, when we receive the correction from you, we have an additional 5-business days to give you what you need (either documents or going online to the IRS website. If we should fail, we pay you $200).
Rush Service is different. There are five Rush Services. Per set of documents—one set of documents pertaining to the state and corporation; one set of documents for the IRS. You may choose to have Rush Service on one or both sets, and if you choose Rush for both sets, the Rush Service selected does not have to be the same for both.

***A “business day” is a 24-hour period beginning when we receive from you what we need to complete our tasks(s). Excluding weekends, holidays, and hours we are closed. Likewise, for “business hours,” these are hours when we are open. Please see our hours below. By paying double the normal rush fee, the time can normally extend into weekends, holidays, and hours we are closed (unless lack of availability). Normally, no Rush Service on federal holidays.
Example: you email us what we need, and we receive it at 4 pm Wednesday afternoon. Super Super Rush (1 business day) will have your documents back to you by 4 pm Thursday afternoon.
Other Examples: you email us what we need, and we receive it at 4 pm Friday afternoon (after our 1 pm closing time). This is considered received by us Monday morning at 9 am. If we receive it at 2 pm on Thursday, it would be due 2 pm on Friday, but we are closed at that time, so it would be due to you Monday at 9 am. You email us what we need at 6 pm on Wednesday. Since that is after our closing time of 5 pm, it will be considered received by us at 9 am on Thursday morning and will be due to you at 9 am Friday morning.
Sometimes, what you send us is deficient in some way and you have to re-send it to us. In such a case, when we receive the correction from you, we have an additional time equal to the Rush Service time you chose. For example, you send us your questionnaires and Financials with a Super rush (2-day) service. We notice a deficiency and notify you about it within the Super Rush (2-day) time. You fix it and send it back to us. We again give you 2-day Rush Service from the time we receive it. If there is a further correction needed, this will be repeated.
